We are pleased to announce that Gro America, LLC (Rhino Environmental and Eagle Processing) has sold its assets to Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC, one of the leading providers of environmental services in the United States.We expect that this will be a seamless transition. I anticipate that the same team members who service you today, including myself and my brother Kevin, will continue to service you in the future.

Following the closing of the transaction, Gro America will be part of Heritage-Crystal Clean.  I want to sincerely thank you for doing business with Gro America and I am confident that you will continue to receive world-class service from Heritage-Crystal Clean. Please remit payment for invoices from Gro America to Heritage-Crystal Clean, for which payment instructions are enclosed. In addition, you may be called to modify existing paperwork or fill out additional paperwork depending on various factors. We will be glad to assist you through any part of the transition.
